Xenia Group LLC operates TruckER. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information through gotrucker.app and related services.

Information We Collect

We collect account and contact details, company and provider profiles, vehicle and fleet records, service requests, offers, messages, estimates, invoices, work reports, compliance documents, reviews, support requests, incident and bug reports, uploaded files, payment status and transaction identifiers. Service workflows may include precise or approximate location, technician updates, photographs, videos, safety check-ins, and operational history. We also collect IP address, browser, device, timestamps, security events, and usage records.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate and secure TruckER; match drivers and fleets with service providers; coordinate service; process payments; provide notifications and support; prevent fraud; investigate safety, compliance, and security matters; maintain records; improve the Platform; and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We disclose information as needed to drivers, fleets, vendors, technicians, payment processors, hosting and communications providers, insurers, professional advisers, and contractors. We may disclose information to comply with law, protect safety or rights, enforce agreements, or address fraud and security incidents. We do not sell personal information for money.

Location and Safety

Access to exact locations and protected job information is limited by role and workflow status. TruckER is not an emergency service. Call 911 for immediate police, fire, or medical assistance.

Payments

Third-party processors such as Stripe may process payments under their own privacy terms. TruckER generally receives payment status, transaction identifiers, customer identifiers, and limited billing details rather than full payment-card numbers.

Retention and Security

We retain records as reasonably necessary for service, safety, accounting, disputes, legal compliance, and enforcement. We use safeguards including encrypted transport, access controls, private file storage, logging, restricted credentials, and backups, but no system is completely secure.

Your Choices

You may update supported account information and notification preferences. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. We may verify identity and retain information where permitted or required.

Children

TruckER is intended for commercial and business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
