Drivers and fleets submit a service request, qualified vendors respond with ETA and pricing, and protected contact and location details unlock only through the authorized dispatch workflow.
Is my exact location public?
No. GPS and exact-location details are protected. For private calls, staff can send a secure one-time link so the driver chooses when to share their current location.
What does the dispatch fee cover?
The dispatch fee activates the protected connection between the selected provider and service call, unlocks authorized job details and records the dispatch event.
How are vendors verified?
TruckER reviews the vendor profile independently. Vendors are also asked to upload insurance, W-9 and licensing documents for private compliance review.
Is TruckER an emergency service?
